NEW LIFE ON THE FARM
Welcome to Walnetto Farm in the most southern tip of the Cascade Mountain range. Just a stone's toss from Mt. Lassen Volcanic National Park and all the treasures these mountains hold. We raise LaMancha dairy goats, laying hens and garden. A homestead realized on "42 Acres of Paradise" off the grid.

I love the photos! :) Wow, you do have rocks, your landscape is gorgeous. I'm jealous of your spring weather and blooming flowers!!!
Ah, spring flowers! Can't wait. Envy your barn space. And that aqua color! How gorgeous. Can hardly wait to see the project started. Wish I could sleep through anything like your mama goat!
Beautiful photos! You are having a very pretty spring - ins't it great? Your girl looks pretty uncomfortable. Babies soon?
Thanks Rain! You can cease being envious we have almost a week of rain and winds daily commencing now 😊
Mama Pea how are you? Yup goats are funny creatures. I think she is thinking maybe if she ignores the situation it won't be real. And we have thousands of wild flowers every spring. Pretty amazing!
Hi Leigh. I love spring almost as much as winter. The flowers are truly amazing this year with all our rain. Like a wildflower carpet wherever one walks. Miss Little Trouble is officially due tomorrow the 7th. We will see!
Envy: ceased. :)
