Third Time A Charm?

Welcome to Walnetto Farm in the most southern tip of the Cascade Mountain range. Just a stone's toss from Mt. Lassen Volcanic National Park and all the treasures these mountains hold. We raise LaMancha dairy goats, laying hens and garden. A homestead realized on "42 Acres of Paradise" off the grid.

Sending prayers.
Mama Pea you must be the most supportive person in your community! You are always spot on with support to fellow bloggers which leads me to believe that you are an invaluable part of your face to face community.
I would love it if I never posted again about this subject but I need to support my face to face community .
I just wanted to give you a shout out as you are a great feel good gal!
Something which gets lost, in the reporting of these horrible fires, is the disruption of transportation. And transportation is the life line, of life, in this country.
It's one thing, to not be able to get a desired vegetable, in the grocery store. It's a whole _other_ thing, when ones needed medicine, can not be delivered to the pharmacy.
-sigh-
Our roads are the arteries, of the life of this country. It is scary, how vulnerable we are. -sigh-sigh-sigh-sigh-sigh-
wisps of words 100% agreed ! What is so scary is the truckers who barely had enough time to leave their trucks to burn and save themselves. This can stop any time now!
Well, it wouldn't let me read the article because I use an ad blocker. Still, I've tried to keep up with your news. Very scary stuff and here are more prayers coming your way.
It is good factual reporting without social media drama tossed in. As a well known 1950's TV cop used to say"just the facts ma'am."
Thanks for your support and prayers Leigh.
Enough already! I just hope that this rainy weather is headed to you right this minute. All my thoughts and prayers are sent to you and everyone in the path of this latest horror. xo
Thanks Susan. Don't know which is more difficult putting out the fires or getting your comment up on the site :-0
